What Is TV Pools Network?
TV Pools (TVP) Network is an online community for you, the TV-consumed fan. Here, you can start a pool on popular TV shows, awards shows, and sporting events to compete for points on the outcomes—and share your pools publicly or privately.
Send the pool to your friends, co-workers or other TVP members for voting, and prepare for an amazing race. Unlike other pooling sites that offer just a few TV shows to bet on, TVP gives its members complete control over running their own pools for ANY show or event. That means you can create your own questions, mark players' votes correct, and initiate heated debates. Points for each correct vote will automatically be tallied for your pool players, too.
There are no limits to creating and participating in pools, or the number of questions within a pool, either. Simply register for a FREE account to get started.
Meanwhile, check out the Talk About TV forums to dissect and dish all things TV. You know you have a lot to say! Or, catch up on Hugh Laurie, the cast of Survivor and more, in the Entertainment News section for headlines and gab.

Fringe: It's All About Family (And A Dysfunctional One At That)
I just watched Fringe's winter finale. It took a while, I know. I figured that with the eight-week hiatus, I might as well delay watching Thursday night's episode a bit; the episodes preceding it were just so good, I knew I couldn't wait that long. I ended up watching earlier today, rather than holding out for another week or so.
We've always known that the Peter we're seeing is from the alternate universe, that our Walter nabbed him after the death of the original Peter. It's the one major reveal I expected to see at the end of this season, not halfway through it. Imagine the possibilities of the gang realizing that their connections to the imminent catastrophic collision between two worlds is much bigger and goes way beyond Walter's knowledge and experiments. It's someone they've been working with! It's Peter!

'The Bachelor' 14 Episode 6 Recap: Rose Ceremony? More Like Blows Ceremony
Tonight on The Bachelor: Jake meets the families of his final four ladies (Ali, Vienna, Corrie, and Gia) and learns more about why three of them are sweet and one of them is spoiled. (Guess who!)
Then, before the final rose ceremony, Jake is dealt a blow that will CHANGE EVERYTHING. And by "change everything," I mean there will be no rose ceremony, because one woman drops out and the rest will join Jake in St. Lucia. So not much will change, except that Jake isn't making this decision. And maybe that's for the best.
Before we begin, check out my alternate headlines for this livethoughts article. (Clearly "Blows Ceremony" needed to win, given its poetic wordplay that rivals Shakespeare.)
Which do you like best?
Homeward Frowned [Jake will be doing a lot of that tonight.]
Homeward Drowned [Metaphorically speaking... unfortunately. JK!]
Home Despot [Vienna reference: too harsh?]
Bringing Home the Mistaken [Mmm... bacon.]
Home is Where the Harm Is [This is simply true.]
Fly Away Home [Similar plot alert: A girl who can fly leads home some confused chicks who have lost their way and never stop quacking. ZING!]

Howard Stern is Serious About Leaving Sirius for 'American Idol'
We hoped it was a horrible rumor.
But it appears there's more truth than fiction to the report that
Howard Stern is being considered as a replacement for Simon Cowell on
American Idol. The shock jock took some time on his show this morning
to discuss the Idol rumors and in a very Howard way, he managed to stir
up even more controversy.
While FOX has denied approaching the shock jock, Stern confirmed that
there has been interest in him permanently joining the Idol judging
panel. Perhaps most shocking of all, Stern thinks he'd be just the guy
for the job. "If I do say so myself, I can't imagine anyone else but me
replacing
[Cowell]. I mean, I don't know. How else are they going
to make that show work? Who knows how to broadcast and who knows how to
be interesting? And who's not afraid to speak their mind?"

'Lost' vs. 'Fringe' - Who Has the Better Alternate Universe?
Last week two shows created by J.J. Abrams centered heavily on the idea of an alternate universe. On Lost, the show introduced an altverse where the bomb blew up the Island and Oceanic 815 landed safely in Los Angeles. On Fringe, the team got one step closer to tracking down the man trying to bring down the walls between two parallel universes.
But which altverse is superior? Which show handles the idea of an
alternate universe more realistically, more dramatically and more
compellingly? It's the ultimate J.J. showdown between his former
series and his current one.
